Domani Sourcing Group was founded inside Baldwin Equities, an active real estate investment and development platform. After years of watching FF&E budgets blow up, finishes arrive late, and vendor margins stack three-deep, our principals built the procurement operation we wished we could hire.

Today, Domani serves as the sourcing arm of Baldwin Equities and a trusted procurement partner to developers, hotel operators, and institutional owners across the U.S. We maintain direct relationships with factories and fabricators in more than fifteen countries, and we run every project with the same discipline we apply to our own deals.

That owner-operator perspective is the difference. We think about cost per door, not line-item markup. We care about handover dates, not sales quotas. And when something goes wrong in a container, a customs hold, or a punch-list delivery — which is when procurement usually earns its keep — we are the ones making the call at 6 a.m.
