THE CHALLENGE

Atlantis Paradise Island’s $150 million resort-wide renovation called for the full refurbishment of 1,201 guest rooms and 120 suites across The Royal Towers — including custom sculptural lighting elements designed to evoke the Bahamian ocean. The scale and design precision required a sourcing partner with direct factory access and proven quality control across a large unit count.

WHAT WE DID

Domani sourced and coordinated the decorative lighting package for the Royal Tower renovation, working directly with manufacturers to produce custom fixtures inspired by the resort’s ocean-ecosystem design brief. All fixtures were produced to spec, inspected at factory, and delivered on a phased schedule aligned with the tower-by-tower renovation sequence.

THE RESULT

Decorative lighting delivered across 1,200+ rooms and suites as part of the resort’s headline $150M transformation, completed July 2024. Factory-direct procurement on a project of this scale generated substantial savings versus through-distributor pricing on equivalent custom-quality fixtures.
