Luxury multi-residential developers need decorative lighting that performs at a hospitality level — bespoke lobby chandeliers, corridor sconces, amenity-space pendants, and suite entry fixtures — but procured at a volume and schedule that works for a residential construction timeline. Most lighting vendors can’t serve both sides of that equation.

Domani delivered full decorative lighting programs across multiple completed residential towers, sourcing bespoke and semi-custom fixtures direct from manufacturer. Each building received a tailored lighting design package — coordinated with the project’s interior designer — covering lobby statement pieces, corridor lighting, amenity levels, and suite wayfinding.

Multiple buildings delivered on schedule with hospitality-grade decorative lighting at a cost structure that improved project returns. Factory-direct procurement on a multi-building portfolio generated meaningful economies of scale unavailable through standard residential supply channels.
